Review: Ready or Not

Ready or Not Ready or Not by Cara Bastone
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Ready or Not is a realistic and relatable book. I remember my pregnancy and all those unexplained emotion build up due to hormones. This one sounded like it could be promising. Eve shockingly learns she’s pregnant at the very beginning of the book and we get to go on her journey with her as she prepares herself for a life as a single mother. Eve's inward monologue and her conversations with Nurse Louise at her OB/GYN appointments had me smiling. I also love the cover of this book!
