Review: The Only One Left

The Only One Left The Only One Left by Riley Sager
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

The Only One Left is a thriller book with so many twist and turns. The story of the family murdered inside their home in 1929 was discovered by a caregiver named Kit through the remaining family member and the accused murderer. It was kinda slow at first, waiting for the revelations and untold secrets of the characters inside the mansion. I was not happy with the ending of Kit's father and Leonora, and the secret of Virginia. (view spoiler) The atmosphere and eerie mood was good as well as the mystery behind the murder. I was kinda confused with the storyline but still I enjoyed reading the book.

Review: Ruthless Vows

Ruthless Vows by Rebecca Ross My rating: 4 of 5 stars Ruthless Vows, the last book of duology. The writing is exceptional and the plot is well thought of. The beginning was a bit slow in my opinion but other than that it was a page turner! Though I was expecting more it was a good book for a duology. “Write me a story where there is no ending, Kitt. Write to me and fill my empty spaces.” View all my reviews
