A Review: Happily Married by Victoria Jenkins

 Happily Married

Psychological Thriller published on May 11, 2023 by Bookouture

Happily Married is a 257 pages thriller read that will let you ponder and question the book title when you read the first few chapters. Happily Married is a story of Natalie and Jake, a married couple living in a farm. Everything seems perfect until the day when Natalie feels like Jake is cold toward her. She then confirmed that her husband, whom she knew almost the rest of her life was having an affair. You will never guess what will happen next.

Then came the confrontation and the revelations of secrets that will change her life forever. Will she be able to survive everything? or will she be left with nothing?

I was confused at first due to multiple pov and some books usually put who's pov it is but as I read through it I figured why it is that way! There's always an answer in every thriller book. And I totally enjoyed reading and intrigued as I figure out the characters at the start of part 2. How all those second guessing were all wrong after all. The ending is kinda cliffhanger, and I think maybe theirs a sequel book, hope so. Despite everything I'm happy with the way the story ends.

Rating: 3 stars

Review: Ruthless Vows

Ruthless Vows by Rebecca Ross My rating: 4 of 5 stars Ruthless Vows, the last book of duology. The writing is exceptional and the plot is well thought of. The beginning was a bit slow in my opinion but other than that it was a page turner! Though I was expecting more it was a good book for a duology. “Write me a story where there is no ending, Kitt. Write to me and fill my empty spaces.” View all my reviews
